This word designates the VITAL SPACE for a group of Humen inside the vital space of the HUMANITY on the earth surface, also in the part of the terrestrial space invaded by Humen.

This entity constitutes the basic element of the HUMANITY by the fact all the Humen will bee living inside several thousands sociecyber .
For example 25000 Humen live in a sociecyber, the Humanity with 100000 sociecyber constitutes a living system of 2500000000, means 2,5 milliards.

In this discourse four sociecyber are grouped by four, all near each, on a vital space of 100 km2.
The result is 10 milliards of Humen, with a density of 1000 Humen by km2.
The configuration is a town of 100 mille citizen in the center of 100 km2 square surface. 

One sociecyber is the main element of  HUMANITY  CONSTRUCTION

The  most important thought, whithout any cogitation and meditation, is to act for making the life of the Humanity for ETERNITY.

This psychological attitude does not exist in the spirit of Humen living in 2017.

All the readers will understand that the solution is to think according to " cybernetic process " , instead of : " this is the God or other person, who says to me : ' ok do that ' " .

These thinking modes are transmitted by EDUCATION.

A new mode of thinking must be used to analyse the REALITY, which is only constituted of PHENOMENA, known in our consciousness by words, which permits conversation to transmit knowledge.
The cybernetic mode consists on , before start action, to develop the idea of the concret result of the thing that the developer wants to realise. This result is always in the FUTUR.
This process is wellknown by each Human, everyday, everyinstant his spirit is functioning like this.

The fondamental question is always the same : RESULT WILL BE USEFUL OR NOT ?

The most important question is : FUTUR REALISED RESULT WILL BE  CORRECT, IN HARMONY, WITH THE DYNAMIC OF THE HUMANITY ?

The answer is written inside this discourse, resumed by : " ACTING according cosmic energy field envelopping all the different lifes existing in the solar system.
